Our services
We provide pet care services and front desk operations services. Descriptions on our websites and in our quotes are for information; the specific scope of any service is the one we agree with you in writing.
Text messaging terms
- How you opt in. You receive our text messages only if you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — by submitting a form on one of our websites, by calling us, by texting us, or by telling us directly.
- What we send. Appointment and booking updates, answers to your questions, service follow-ups, and invoices or service notices related to what you requested.
- Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
- Not for emergencies. Text messaging is not monitored around the clock and must not be used for an emergency. Call us instead.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not shared. As described in our Privacy Policy, SMS consent and mobile numbers collected for texting are not shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not use our websites to break the law, to interfere with their operation, to submit false information, or to send content that is abusive, misleading, or harmful. We may suspend access if that happens.
Our content
The text, images, and design on our websites belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
